This position reports to the Compensation / Benefits Lead and interfaces with company managers and HR Business Partners of the different entities within the group.

1. Ability to engage employees and stakeholders professionally
2. Ability to organise and analyse data for review of compensation & benefits programmes
3. Good understanding of employment regulations
4. Competency with Google Sheet, Document and Slide.
5. Experience with HR Information System (SAP)
