Proven admin or assistant experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Must be PC Literate, Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferable with knowledge of AUTOCOUNT Accounting System
Other duties assigned by superior / management
