Under the Singapore Standardisation Programme, you will be part of the team that helms Singapore’s leadership and participation in international and regional standard fora, particularly the International Standardisation Organisation (ISO) governance and technical committees, as well as the Pacific Area Standards Congress (PASC).
In the course of this work, you will work closely with ISO Central Secretariat and overseas standards bodies to deliver outcomes for the international and regional standardisation community.
You will also work closely with government agencies, institutions of higher learning, professional bodies, industry associations and enterprises to identify and develop key national and international standards to support the transformation of Singapore’s industries in areas such as e-financial services, blockchain and distributed ledger technologies and sustainable financing.
You will also work with key stakeholders to facilitate the promotion of these standards.
At least two to five years of relevant working experience and have a strong passion and dedication to grow the industry through the use of standards.
Strong writing, communication, presentation and project management skills are important as are the abilities to think critically, work independent and work well with partners.
Policy making and international relations work experience would be an advantage.
