Job Description :

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO / CBO and internal / external stakeholders
  • Provide clear and accurate translation between English and Chinese for key conversations, meetings, online chat exchanges
  • Function as an extension of the CEO / CBO in implementation of projects (project management) and execution of tasks
  • Manage emails including checking incoming / outgoing emails and following up as necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings;
  • Organize travel arrangements, booking flights, accommodation, trains and taxis, logistics;
  • Take dictation and minutes;
  • Strategize and brainstorm innovative solutions;
  • Create and prepare effective presentations, pitches and documentation;
  • Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments;
  • Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed;
  • Perform market research;
  • Available to travel on short notice
  • Assist in Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Requirements :

  • A Diploma of Administrative or equivalent.
  • Proven 2 years of experience working as a personal assistant required
  • Any academic background that demonstrates logical thought and effective communication
  • Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong customer service and social skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
  • Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
