    Summary of Position

    The incumbent will be responsible for full spectrum of accounting duties which includes preparing full set of accounts.


  • Handle full spectrum of accounting functions in accordance with statutory requirements.
  • Handle full set of accounts including month end closing activities, financial & management reports and analysis of expenses.
  • This include timely preparation of accurate financial and management reporting to HQ on a monthly basis.

  • Prepare GST returns, audit schedules and inter-company and creditors’ reconciliations.
  • Implementation of new accounting systems
  • Implement internal control policies and procedures
  • Other duties include liaising with auditors and tax agents
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
  • Essential :

  • Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalents
  • Minimum 4-5 years of related working experience
  • Conversant in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and / or International Financial Reporting Standards
  • Team player and able to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Action oriented, task focused and meticulous
  • Independent and with a high level of initiative
  • Willing to be hands on
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SAGE will be an advantage
