Summary

Manage the analyst team to investigate and report data security, cybersecurity, ICT system outages or service degradation incidents.

What to Expect :

  • Organize the team working shift systems and roaster the team for work and training
  • Direct and supervise the team to analyse and manage the incidents timely and escalate to higher management if needed
  • Ensure monitoring and recording of the incident management status and progress
  • Ensure relevant internal and external stakeholders are informed and coordinated if needed
  • Ensure investigation reports and periodic updates with relevant stakeholders are accurate and timely.
  • What to Expect :

  • Degree / Diploma in Infocomm Security, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology
  • Preferred with 5-10 years’ relevant experiences of SIEM, investigation and report writing
  • Preferred with familiarity on IT / Info / Data / Cyber security or ICT incident management best practices
  • Able to work independently and contribute as a team player
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
