As an Associate under the group COO’s office, you will take on exciting and challenging projects to develop solutions and optimize internal processes within the Company.
You enact changes to challenge the status quo and identify better result-driven approaches to meet the needs of our growing business.
This is a 6 to 18-month special assignment
Project-based role which focused on identifying and implement solutions to address internal inefficiencies within organization
Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal issues of management concerns which include spearheading internal projects to optimize existing policies and processes related to People, Operations and Systems
Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
Bachelor degree and above
Strong oral and written communication skills
Meticulous in execution and strong analytical skills
A team player who is able to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Creative, adaptable and enjoys solving challenging problems
