But we are just getting started! We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.We are seeking a Partnership Support Analyst who can help us win, grow and retain business by providing proactive and effective client support.

As part of a small and dynamic team that is responsible for the success of some of Ninja Van’s largest regional accounts, the Partnership Support Analyst will have a very direct impact on the success of the company.

He / she will work closely with members of our Product Management, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams across Ninja Van’s six countries in Southeast Asia.


  • Generate periodic reports, sales presentations, and process documentation, and redesign them when necessary
  • Provide excellent client service to partners, primarily by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and using qualitative and quantitative data to identify, troubleshoot, and address issues affecting performance
  • Provide assistance to local teams for new project launches and operations improvement initiatives
  • Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Applicants with minimal work experience but with relevant internships are welcome to apply
  • Preferred

  • Previous exposure to a client-facing role and / or managing customer relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in executing complex projects that require coordination with a multitude of stakeholders
  • Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures
  • Experience with SQL and Periscope Data
