Overall in charge for training calendar, resource allocation, training rooms management and maintenance
Preparation and coordination for all key channels meeting and department meetings
Upkeep communication and housekeeping of department logistical request
SOP and SLA in place for department as a whole
Support effectively on trainers and channels request
Involve in driving and supporting digital initiatives
Liaise with trainers on training requirements
Manage and improve Learning Management System
Prepare and provide training audit, training reports and records
Track training effectiveness
Manage and arrange training equipment and resources (eg. Webex)
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Training grant project and management
Enhance existing processes and efficiency
Ensure Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Ethics Rules and Regulation (ERR), Core Competency Programs (CCP) programs are planned, executed and followed through
e-learning (course creation, creating curriculum for new product launches, onboarding training, create new online modules quarterly, enhancement with CRs etc)
Training funding claim or expenses (supporting MFA & MLS entity with FTS claim, processing and tracking of PD$, processing of payment to vendor and tracking the expenses)
Regulatory tracking (updating and tracking of Ethics and R&R, CPD tracking)
Agency System ( updating of external ad-hoc courses attended by Financial Planners, uploading of materials to Manutouch, enhancements with CRs)
Deliver selected training programs where required
Driver for 3rd party providers
Balance and allocate resource to support all channels in administrative area
