The Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations organization partners with our Cloud sales organization in developing go-to-market strategies, providing business critical insights using analytics, ensuring cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helping teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.

In this role, you will work in a team focused around improving the effectiveness of our sales teams and help us scale for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC Ticket Resolution Helpdesk and drive resolution of regional bugs, in partnership with Finance and Cloud Systems Team.
  • Establish and publish weekly reporting to ensure timely feedback to sales teams.

  • Manage a virtual team of Ticket Resolution specialists, Cloud systems, and finance to ensure speedy resolution.
  • Identify and work to streamline the rep raised issues submission, tracking and resolution process by consolidating and escalating sales feedback on processes, tools and products.
  • Advocate on behalf of APAC with global.

  • Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs (e.g. Headcount Planning for allocation / trade-offs, driving Post-planning corrections, and new Sales Processes).
  • Hold weekly office hours for sub-region sales teams to review and provide real-time updates on in-progress bugs.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience partnering with business teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience in program management.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several projects at once.
