Job Description :

  • Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness across departments
  • Works collaboratively with the organization leaders and other HR teams to develop and execute OD solutions
  • Establish and roll out employee recognition initiatives and performance management processes
  • Organize engagement sessions between senior stakeholders organization and employees
  • Assess, build development programs and establish retention initiatives for Hi Potential (HiPo) talents
  • Map and execute a healthy succession pipeline for all critical roles
  • Actively engage and educate Team Leaders in their team effectiveness process, leadership development and career progression
  • Maintain a dynamic Career Progression plan for all employees
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
  • Strong analytical skills is required
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
