Key Responsibilities

  • Perform an Account Manager role which includes
  • a) manage account relationships both with the client as well as with other members of the sales, sales trading team and Analysts

    b) maximize account votes and revenue, and

    c) maintain and develop profitable account package leveraging all available resources of the bank

  • Provide sales and sales trading coverage to assigned clients
  • Contribute to alpha capture efforts
  • Drive the Delta One efforts for the team consolidating feedback and centralizing expertise
  • Cross sell other products of the bank
  • Promote teamwork by working in a constructive manner and assisting other colleagues
  • Translate research sales ideas into client orders (taking into account mifid2 and other applicable regulations), including effective and competent handling of client orders on BNP’s dealing systems.
  • Maintain, grow and improve traction with existing client relationships with a view to creating a sustainable, long term business relationship
  • Provide execution trading services on Listed Derivatives for clients
  • Ensure Compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and internal conduct rules
  • Report all execution errors according to the Incident Management protocol
  • Technical and Behavioral Competencies / Specific Qualifications (if required)

    Strong team player

    Highly numerate and precise in handling numbers.

    Have the ability to cross-pollinate ideas and be commercial

    Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

    Basic proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & Power point)

    Strong working knowledge of Bloomberg

    Prior experience in sales trading would be an advantage but is not a necessity
