Have at least 1 to 3 years of experience with hands on project management and client relationship management, have strong client communication skills and team management skills.
Have strong knowledge and interest in Digital Design and Website / Ecommerce Development. Technical background is required with an ability to address questions that clients may have, such as Content Management systems like Wordpress / Woocommerce and HTML / CSS, understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.

Managing website and ecommerce projects with our clients and liaise with them on a day-today basis and to understand their project requirements
Understand each client's business and their goals, and to serve as a point of contact
Monitor and adapt to any changes in schedules and / or priorities set by the client
Attend all client meetings and writing minutes / contact reports
Work closely with the Sales, Design, Creative Strategy and Programming teams to communicate scope of work, fulfil projects and meet deadlines
Asking clients detailed questions to gain clarity about the deliverables
Monitor the project every step of the way, until the provision of delivery to the client
Quality control and evaluate creative work and provide feedback for internal revisions, even before sending to clients for review
