  • help and accompany employees' individual development during different stages of their career; Ensuring the balance between improving how our team executed its business function while investing in our teams' development and support needs.

  • Build a world-class training system;*Identify training requirements, design the curriculum based on business needs;*Training project management;
  • Training effectiveness evaluation.Job description : *Collaborate closely with function leaders in Singapore hub; develop onboarding programs according to teams' needs;
  • implement new hire onboarding process; Facilitate the successful integration of new hires in order to develop their full potential;
  • Based on our training system, operate training projects and monitor training effectiveness according to regional / business needs;
  • including but not limited to material preparation, training organization and curriculum development;*Build the training system with the team;
  • identify training needs and requirements in Singapore hub;*Collate local feedback and share with the global team to continuously iterate training projects;
  • Cooperate with different teams and functions across the globe, deeply understand the business, leverage internal / external resources for better implementation of our training system and projects.
  • Qualifications*Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in training or talent development (2-4 years); majored in HR management, sociology, pedagogy or IO psychology would be preferred;
  • Experience of how business teams operate in Tech industry; good cultural sensitivity and experience in intercultural cooperation;
  • Strong self-learning ability with good proactivity; solid logic thinking mindset; good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team-oriented, a strong desire for self-development; ability to multi-task, well organized and self-driven; enthusiastic about training;
  • Enthusiastic of being dedicated in training field; Strong facilitation skills with the ability to positively engage and motivate all learners*English proficiency.
