Responsibilities :

You will be reporting to the team lead and be part of the Human Capital Division to develop and implement a performance management framework.

This framework aims to motivate and retain an engaged and committed workforce to meet the current and future needs of the organisation and to appropriately reward deserving officers.

  • In this role, you will be part of the team to;
  • Design, review and implement performance management framework and assessment to be used for the review of staff performance
  • Conduct periodic review of HR and relevant policies, benchmarking and comparative studies activities with external agencies
  • Facilitate the organisation’s performance appraisal cycle.
  • Streamline relevant processes and work with consultant to upgrade the existing Performance management system, where applicable
  • Provide secretariat support to PM calibration / ranking meetings.
  • Requirements :

    We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community.

    This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.

  • In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following;
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource and Performance Management.
  • Conceptual and analytical skills, to be able to think strategically, plan and apply the analytical reasoning in the area of Human Resource.
  • Good oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, resourceful and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.

    Successful candidates will be offered a 2 / 3 year fixed-term contract in the first instance.
