What you will do : Reporting to the Sales Manager the key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to :
Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers and execute sales strategies to promote extended sales coverage including cross-selling.
Create, plan and implement Business Unit growth initiatives through strategic customers and business development.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
Implement service strategy through installed-base coverage directly and through various channels
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Ability to initiate and close big deals negotiations of key contracts.
Offer management in Schneider Electric Industrial Automation line of business
Define and manage the marketing mix of the offer
Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals.
Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers / channels.
Ensure quality screening of opportunities and provide regular update in sales opportunities backend system.
Experience and skills we are looking for :
Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
At least 4-5 years of Sales experience in Services Sales or prior experience in Sales of Industrial Automation products (such as VSD drives)
Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio, strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus
Good technical knowledge in Power Electronics and Motor Controls
Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator
Be digital savvy and self-starter on social media (E.g. LinkedIn)
