The Solutions EngagementSpecialist engages with the top customers in Singapore with aim to develop athorough understanding of their business models and processes whilecapitalizing on the value that UPS offers.
He / She provides consultative salessupport to the sales organization to enhance and improve customers’ businesswith value-
added and configurable solutions.
Conductscustomer research to understand the customer’s business model and maximizediscussions on solutions while building and strengthening relationships.
Meetsand engages customer’s internal stakeholders in a discovery process todetermine goals, issues, needs and opportunities.
Collaborateswith the Sales team to evaluate and determine costs of solutions, formulateaccount strategies for leveraging solutions, and gain agreement on establishedvalue propositions.
Preparescustomer proposals and presentations to demonstrate the value of UPS’ssolutions.
Developsbusiness by proposing new ideas, methods, and technology solutions.
Conductsboth formal and informal training for the sales force and external customers.
Balancesmultiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder’s requirements.
Possessa Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Engineering / Business orequivalent.
Minimum1 year of sales experience in similar capacity preferably in Logistics / Service industry.
Candidateswithout experience but is able to demonstrate innovative and creative sellingskills may be considered.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Ateam player who possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills.
