As part of our Group CEO’s Office, you will identify, plan, and implement world-class process innovation for our people function.

  • Partner with leaders to streamline and optimise internal transformation and operational projects to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and agility
  • Provide strategic thinking and hands-on project management skills to develop, plan and implement Human Resources processes for the company
  • Develop deep analytical and conceptual knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and take charge of the implementation and execution of various strategic related projects
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in consulting / process improvement / human resources
  • Degree from a well-regarded university
  • Stellar people and project management capabilities
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and result orientation
  • Passionate about process improvement
  • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
