Responsible for setting and achieving Service Sales Targets (Orders) monthly, quarterly & yearly.
Responsible for rolling forecast for Service Sales (Orders) on monthly basis.
Reviews and analyzes sales data, opportunity funnel, & take actions to address gaps, to achieve sales targets.
Provides Techno-commercial and tactical leadership to the sales team to close key orders.
Works closely with Service Solution architects, Service Consultants and FLS proposal team to provide timely and quality solutions and proposals to customers.
Builds and implements Regional Sales plan for Service business growth and Installed base engagements through Service offerings such as Service Contracts, Upgrades, Refurbishments, Consultancy Services etc.
Works with Emerson’s Local Business Partners (LBPs) in the region to achieve the Sales targets and to expand installed base coverage in respective regions.
Develops and implements Key account plans for top customers in the region by working with in-country sales team, Site Team leaders and Emerson Key account managers to grow service business.
Identifies new business opportunities in SEAT Region by tapping installed base.
Applies methodologies and sales processes to drive value selling.
Educates prospective and existing client base on our offerings and benefits of engaging Flow Lifecycle Services
Monitors business activities of major competitors, analyzes results and identifies strategies.
Provides coaching and motivation to sales team to make successful sales calls & closures.
Handles Performance Management of Sales team members.
Ensures effective and clean handover of service orders to Service operations team.
Provides feedback to operations managers to align service deliverables with customer needs.
Regularly communicates with upper management on regional market strategy for Flow Lifecycle Services.
Complies to company standards including utilization of systems such as CRM to maintain and manage sales funnel & forecast reporting.
Assists the Flow Lifecycle Services SEAT leader on implementation and development of regional strategies to fit geographic and prospective customer needs.
Complies to DOA for service pricing and other company policies as applicable.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering with minimum of 5 years of related experience or Diploma in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Technology with minimum of 3 years related experience in instrumentation and flow metering for Petroleum / Oil & Gas industry.
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present & influence credibly & effectively at all levels of customer organization.
Willing to make site visits to assess opportunities.
Knowledge in flow measurement preferred.
Service selling background.
Willing to travel extensively.
