What you will do
Creates and communicate concepts by applying brand level awareness as well as campaign tactics.
Develop the written tone and feel to be executed across different media
Offer strategic and innovative solutions, add / contribute to internal and external meetings
Identify key ideas to drive projects and how to implement them in multiple channels
Express a desire to learn more about new innovations, experiential and technologies, and shares what they learn if it could be of interest to the team
Is exceptionally organized and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment able to manage project timelines
Collaboration with the creative team across different verticals disciplines for timely development and execution of campaigns and projects, including concepting, execution, referencing and annotating of final deliverables.
Collaboration with client services team to understand client goals, strategy and feedback. Collaboration with the planning team to understand the campaign strategy and ensures that creative output ladders back to the strategy.
Contribute concepts / ideas to new business pitches, pro-bono, and in-house projects.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and leadership potential
Explains and articulates creative rationale with confidence. Provides actionable feedback and direction to team members.
Communicates effectively in verbal or written form, professionally and in a transparent manner
Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the experience

What You’ll Need
Demonstrated writing and concepting ability including the ability to write quickly
Effective communication, presentation, negotiation, time management, leadership skills
Passion for creating relevant content that resonates with consumers / target audience
Desire to interact with great branded and unbranded content from across different channels and / or industries
Demonstrated business acumen, ability to work under pressure, be a team player and produced work independently / self-directed
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Arts / Communications preferred
Experience : 1-3 years experience in Advertising or related field preferred
