Overall Responsibility

As a Marketing Assistant / Executive, you will primarily be responsible for assisting our Marketing Manager in providing quotations to corporations, and / or end-user customers.

  • You will also have the opportunity to be part of a leading company that provides a multitude of unique services, including;
  • selling new and refurbished : laptops, personal computers, and peripherals, as well as IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and recycling services.

    Main Responsibilities

    Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Consistently and effectively learn existing and new products / programs.
  • Develop, Build and Maintain strong, sustainable relationships with internal and external customers
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to influence their needs, and the best solution
  • Be able to accurately gather details, facts, and information from internal and external customers, and make confident suggestions
  • Follow-up with Customers as needed.
  • Provide consultation for all customers on products and services, provided by the company
  • Provide administrative support to the team in the management of global customers.
  • Provide support to customers in terms of enquiries, quotations and reports
  • Assist in RFQ process.
  • Responsible for statistics and data collation.
  • Ensure that all communications platforms are updated on a regular and consistent basis
  • Actively carry out and follow-up on additional tasks assigned by Management and Head of department.
  • Required Skills

  • You must be self-motivated and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high-performance standards
  • Hard working, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Positively embraces; learning, change, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers, verbally and written (English)
  • Ability to speak Cantonese / Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Basic Office Functions Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with customer
