Regional HR Manager, Asia and Middle East Division

Responsible for talent management, leadership development, compensation & benefit and expat management. Focal person for HR in Asia and Middle East region with 20 terminals across 9 countries.
Develop and execute talent management framework and deploy assessment tools and processes to acquire, identify, develop and retain talents to meet the current and future organization needs.
Build leadership development , succession planning, and workforce analytics strategies and programs that retains and attract diverse talents.
Recommend and deploy assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials as the talents of the organization.
Create talent roadmaps for high potential employees to nurture their growth and provide career plans.
Ensure compliance and governance for the division for HR policies.
Managing the annual compensation review cycle in Asia ME OpCos including cascading global guidelines, and reviewing salary increase budget supported by benchmark data, payroll & tax instructions.
Manage the mobility program in alignment with global policies and processes.
Skills and requirements :
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Good mix of strategic and operational experience within progressive and complex multinational environments.
Passionate about people development, future way of working and purposeful change.
Individual with dynamism, simplify complex matters, able to connect the dots and thrive in an intense & demanding environment.
Able to work across different countries and having a global mind set.
Critical ability to maintain confidentiality.
Hands on knowledge in HR system Workday is an advantage.
