Drive business impact

  • Support the implementation of the Digital Servicing & Operating Model regionally for consumer banking operations, with a primary focus on Chat Bot channel and Analytics
  • Collaborate widely with Product, Operations and Technology partners at both regional and country level for successful implementations
  • Work closely with Operational and Servicing teams to drive adoption and meet KPIs
  • Deliver the right business outcomes

  • Develop and execute on project plans; identify schedules, specifications, risks and contingency plan
  • Responsible for leading and rationalizing business requirements / user stories, working with end users and technology teams to conceptualize the flow, customer journey and screen design
  • Lead the testing and cut over strategy across UAT planning, timely test case execution, live verification activities, and operational / customer aspects as part of the implementation
  • Support post-implementation tasks such as user training, production problem investigation, timely escalation and issue resolution
  • Pro-actively manage and resolve issues, provide timely escalations and able to manage conflicts
  • Maintain awareness of technical progress and risks, confer with technical personnel where required
  • Produce accurate and detailed project / test reports and presentations to update on project milestones and status to management on a timely basis
  • Develop the product to scale

  • Support the building / scaling of the product regionally based off a standardized framework
  • Prioritize and categorize requirements or issues to ensure effective delivery of projects / enhancements
  • Champion from the customer’s perspective and able to reflect on the job to be done against the product feature / journey
  • Challenges status quo on product development and project delivery life cycle
  • Be a catalyst for creating a culture of experimentation (test, learn, scale) to drive growth
  • Effectively apply Agile delivery methods and enforce bank's project standards
  • Stays current with industry trends and employs a continuous improvement methodology
