Role : Solution Architect - Real Estate

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and development of architecture for all components of an application including tools and source systems integration, extraction, staging, cleansing and loading databases and data marts for reporting and analytics delivery
  • Solution conceptualization, development and client presentations
  • Identify pain-points in application deployment and maintenance processes and develop solutions to increase efficiency
  • Play a key technical leadership role in defining direction and implementing major transformation projects related to data warehouse and information reporting to senior management
  • Establish and main reference architecture, standards, guidelines and best practices
  • Work with multi-functional teams, conducts special projects, may manage technical departments
  • Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems or opportunities, assesses impacts or risks
  • Develops and implements innovative solutions; makes a contribution to "state of the art" in particular technology area
  • Understands future marketplace trends; influences business strategies to address future customer requirements; influences industry standards
  • Adapts approaches to negotiate with various partners resulting in common agreements
  • Influences others and organizations, including Executive Management; recognized as expert
  • Participates in development of long-range plans and technical product strategies
  • Activities impact customer satisfaction as well as product cost, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, availability, function, and performance
  • Considerable latitude in responsibilities to define and decide on tools, processes, priorities and resources following general business unit directives.
  • Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact functional, business unit, or country costs or expenses.
  • Responsible for overall functional program success along with technical team.
  • Skills / Experience / Qualifications required to perform the role

  • Degree Holder in Information Technology or any equivalent
  • A minimum of 6 to 12 years of experience
  • Strong technology background should be able to analyze technology trends and map to the industry
  • Experience with medium to large scale deals
  • Strong in real estate industry
  • Customer facing skills
  • Able to do customer presentations, create and drive workshops
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Very strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to research issues for quick end-user problem resolution
  • Ability to work as a team and guide the team if required.
  • Good technical documentation skills.
  • Ensure that the deliveries from the team members should meet the delivery schedule with optimum quality.
