You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for our client Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be part of a team to to provide facilities management services to the MOE Schools.

You will be involved in daily operations of the overall maintenance of the buildings such as technical inspections & audits, supervising contractors on project & rectification works, etc.

You will investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.

In addition, you are required to attend to clients' feedback and to prepare monthly facility report.

  • Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering
  • Min 3 years’ of relevant working experience in facilities management
  • Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Service orientated mindset
