This position reports to the Head of Customer & Marketing (Retail Business) with the responsibility to promote the organisation and its products, services and ideas to maximise profits & publicity, and in this role, relating to Products marketing.

Trainee to be involved in :
Create of promotions and advertising programs to incentivize the customer traffic to store as well as at point-of-purchase.
Promote products and services to help increase short-term sales and improve the results from other marketing program
Responsibilities include collaborating with Product and Channel Marketing departments to create joint promotions;
Evaluate effectiveness of marketing communication plans and make adjustments accordingly
Being hyper-aware and an avid consumer of industry trends and insights, ensuring our portfolio of brands is always at the forefront of creative and strategic thinking in the shopper marketing space;
Sharing trends and forefront thinking with the organization.
Support development and execution of the offline, online and social marketing plans.
