  • Consistent track record of minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience, whereof the last 3 years in a leadership position
  • Ability to hire and build a high performing team, to lead the team dynamics, mentor, coach and motivate Relationship Managers to further grow the private banking and wealth management franchise
  • Excellent client- and service-orientation as well as extraordinary interpersonal skills when interacting with sophisticated entrepreneurs and leaders
  • Strong financial product and technical competence in the understanding, development and delivery of holistic wealth planning solutions
  • First class presentation and communication skills (ability to listen, guide and influence internal and external partners) and ability to be in the lead for client solutions
  • Drive and motivation to work in a target oriented and high performance culture
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative approach in the identification of business opportunities paired with a result driven work approach and high level of flexibility and ownership
  • Familiarity with the relevant regulatory frameworks and cross-border policies
  • The highest professional work ethic and performing fully in line with compliance standards, internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
  • Dedicated to take responsibility to maintain the highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and in order to meet bank's policies and obligations
  • MBA or degree from a university or an institute of higher education
  • Completion of (in Singapore : CACS Paper I & II) / (in HK : HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8) certification; CFA or equivalent is an advantage
  • Fluency in English as well as in the native language spoken by the clients to be covered for the relevant market
