Our Client, a Leading Automobile MNC, is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position as a HR Business Partner .
Manage industrial relations / unions to achieve work harmony, productivity, and progress towards organizational goals and objectives.
This would include leading collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
Develop plans to deploy employees to maximize productivity in line with business objectives in consultation with stakeholders
Liaise with employee to evaluate effectiveness of organization development and change interventions
Manage the recruitment process of the division assigned and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture
Coach line managers in their understanding and usage of performance management, framework, and processes
Guide line managers in usage of compensation strategies on movements, bonus and salary increase reviews, and promotion
Provide support to the leadership team in rolling our employee engagement activities
Provide guidance to line managers on managing poor performers. This would include managing exits to ensure employees leave with a positive association with the organization.
Manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.
At least 5 years of Industrial Relations as well HRBP experience in a multinational company environment.
Meticulous and possess good analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good team player, and has a sense of urgency and initiative.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Official working days : Mon- Fri.
Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
