About the Job
We are currently looking for a meticulous Associate CRM Manager to help support the team in managing email campaigns and communicating the brands through email marketing! This role will help engage with our customers better and increase brand awareness.
Develop and evolve the overall email marketing strategy to ensure alignment with Supernova’s business objectives, goals, and priorities.
Email production : creation, planning, scheduling, executing, testing, and optimization of reacquisition-focused email campaigns.
Build customer segments and execute automation as well as customer journeys within the ESP.
Building Strategy to schedule automation, segmentation, and ad hoc sent to Web Push / SMS Channels
Conduct quality assurance testing on service, promotional and transactional email campaigns
Stay current on email marketing best practices and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team
Optimize the reacquisition email program through continual testing of creative, copy, timing, offers, targeting, and more.
Coordinate work activities with internal and external parties in order to launch campaigns in a timely and consistent manner.
Run daily / weekly / monthly reporting on all reacquisition email marketing activities.
Find opportunities to improve the effectiveness of email marketing programs.
4+ combined years professional experience in CRM, email marketing, SMS / push notifications
Extensive email deployment experience and understanding of QA processes.
Knowledge of HTML / CSS coding for email, and familiarity with responsive design.
Knowledge of email standard methodologies and deliverability.
Superior project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to provide strategic recommendations motivated by data.
Excellent teammate with the ability to bring creative ideas to the organization.
Excellent verbal, social, and written communication skills.
Excellent command of the English language.
Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, ability to work with a team to drive projects to completion, and penchant for solving problems.
