Amera HQ in Spore :

  • Validate IT POs and track invoices received
  • Monthly closing (review invoices booked, prepare accruals and manual postings, correct wrong entries)
  • Prepare monthly reporting (P&L and Capex) and perform variance analysis versus Budget
  • Compute and follow intercompany billing
  • Provide feedback to departments’ Heads about monthly expenses and main impacts
  • Track capital expenditure and fixed assets (activation, asset lifetime, depreciation)
  • Reconcile headcounts variations in collaboration with HR Department
  • Allocate IT Staff costs by tasks & projects using timesheets and allocation keys
  • Attend IT governance meetings with Top Management to represent Finance
  • Regional

  • Track and manage IT cost across Amera Region including but not limited to analysis of cost and reason for variances.
  • Identify actions items for cost improvements.
  • Budget

  • Support HQ departments (IT, Marketing, HR, Operations, FLMA) during Budget process and present it to Top Management for validation
  • Co-ordinate IT budget preparation across Amera region, collaborate and report to IT Amera IT Leader.
  • Projects

  • Challenge IT Teams on spending, projects ROI, capitalization decision
  • Support ROI calculation for IT projects
  • Simplify tacking and validation
  • Prepare any additional ad-hoc analysis requested

  • Profile Required :

  • Autonomous, fast learner, taking initiatives, communicative skills, rigorous, friendly and optimistic
  • Prior first experience in management control or FP&A
  • Strong excel skills
  • Experience using an ERP is an advantage (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
  • Understanding of basic accountings rules and principles
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Prior exposure and understanding of IT functions (optional)
  • Travelling is required
  • Regional exposure will be advantage
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance / Controllership roles.
