Key responsibilities : -
Assist in preparation and management of full sets of accounts inclusive of Account Payables and Account Receivables. Assist in preparation of GST submission and Audit Schedules.
Assist in annual filling, tax compliance and corporate secretarial matters. Assist in HR matters and payroll preparation.
Ensuring invoices are submitted on a timely basis before the cut-off time. General administrative work duties. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Diploma / Degree holder with at least 2-5 years’ experience Experience in project accounting is preferred. Highly discipline, organized and hands-on Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication Skills Team oriented and committed to work to meet deadline Meticulous with pro-active working attitude Experience ERP applications an added advantage
