Assist walk in customers in the selection of products and services
Explain promotions and service packages to customers
Cross sell products and services to customers
Attend to customer requirements, complaints and feedback
REQUIREMENTS : Minimum GCE N Level.
Minimum GCE N Level.
1 year of retail or frontline customer service experience
Presentable and able to articulate well
Able to work on roster timing
OTHER INFORMATION :
Working Hours : 44hrs per week, 5-6 days
Salary : Basic + Commission+OT if nay
Benefit : Flexible Bonus Per Year
1-year contract (renewable)
