Representing RAPP, you will lead the communication and media planning for Paolo Alto in Asia Pacific working closely with a project manager, our data science lead and the global dedicated team for Paolo Alto located in London, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Your Role

You are the go-to-person, single point of contact and close strategic partner to all regional Paolo Alto teams to strategize, plan, execute, measure and optimize their campaigns across all channels.

The key responsibility for that will be to identify business needs and challenges, develop strategies to address them, turn these strategies into brief and then execute this work.

By doing so, you will work closely with the global content team in San Francisco and our media buying team in Los Angeles.

For local specific media, you will also be directly working with the media owner or local media agencies that specialise into this channel, e.

g. social media like wechat.

Key responsibilities

  • Annual strategies and communication plan ownership for each country and the Asia Pacific region as a whole
  • Briefing and execution of ad hoc needs as well as the pro-active identification of opportunities to reach and convert new customer incl. partnerships
  • Experience planning to create end to end customer journeys as part of the media planning
  • KPI frameworks and reporting Setup and improvements of reporting framework to understand learnings and assess the effectiveness of a campaign
  • Responsibilities for all activities end to end including coordination with internal and external partners
  • Ongoing reporting and optimisation of content, channels, journeys and tactics. That includes tactical KPI reporting as well as monthly strategic assessment of activities
  • Efficiencies by standardizing documents and find ways to smartly re-use existing assets
  • Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years professional experience in a senior strategic role within a communication agency, tech consultancy or media agency
  • Ability to successfully manage teams and agencies
  • Demonstrates experience and knowledge of digital, social, media and data
  • An ambitious humble hungry character with persistence to achieve greatness
  • Curious and openminded leader with a proven track record for driving multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Good interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve many challenges simultaneously, quickly, calmly and efficiently
  • Demonstrates an informed and thoughtful POV internally and with clients
  • Proactively tracks trends in business and marketplace relevant to client business
  • Willing to travel internationally
  • Knowledge / experience of traditional media channels (i.e. TV, Radio, Out of Home, Print)
  • Knowledge / experience of SalesForce Reporting Platform
  • Knowledge / experience in building process
  • Other qualifications / requirements :

  • High level of English language and international communications a must
  • International exposure required - either having worked or studied abroad and / or in a fully international company locally
