  • Support the implementation of customer lifecycle below-the-line promotion plans and activities with the aim of retaining and re-
  • engaging Singtel TV / Video Customers, as well as to protect subscriber revenue or drive incremental revenue.

  • Coordinate and work with other Go-to-market teams (Trade Marketing, Segment Marketing and Telesales Team), and with other stakeholders not limiting to Product, Household CLM, Sales and Consumer Operations.
  • Manage and build various marketing campaigns from SMS, EDM to Direct mailer, to drive customer adoption of content offerings, non-
  • content VAS and other Over-The-Top (OTT) offerings.

  • Deliver timely reporting of management KPI matrices to support decision making.
  • Support all upsell, cross-sell and re-contracting activities to strengthen the value proposition of the triple / quad-play bundle.
  • Support key non-content force migration / flip activities to increase revenue or reactivate viewership while mitigating churn
  • Continually test and measure the performance of marketing assets
  • The ideal candidate should have / be :

  • 1 2 years of relevant working experience in behavior-based customer retention marketing including email marketing and customer loyalty program experience
  • A good understanding in customer profiling based on behavior, demographics
  • Knowledge of CRM programs (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe), email marketing tools (e.g. Responsys, ExactTarget etc), and loyalty program software is an advantage
  • Data driven, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere.
  • Creative and resourceful.
  • Good communication skills, written and interpersonal.
