E-Invoice Project Office - Senior Manager / Manager (Business Engagement)
Direct Enterprise Outreach
Bring on-board enterprise chain leaders the e-invoicing network through direct engagement taking enterprises through awareness, decision, planning and implementation.
Develop joint programme with chain leaders to promote adoption amongst the chain leaders business partners through eDM, event, contracts, and brokering with other service providers.
Develop case studies and business voice to support marketing campaigns
Support the chain leader grant application, monitoring and reporting process.
Manage problem resolutions by acting as problem solving coordinator tapping on expertise from service providers, consultants and colleagues.
Develop and manage pipeline of enterprise early adopters and business advocates.
Marketing and Community Building
Participate as an advocate in marketing activities such events, speaking engagements, seminars, roadshows and publicity through traditional and social media channels
Broker shared learning sessions between interested participants to increase level of awareness and advocate adoption of best practices
Develop initiatives with Trade Associations and Chambers to reach out to their members and driving sectoral focused initiatives where relevant
Recruit and maintain strong relationships with senior executives from participating businesses and assisting in developing a community amongst them
Background in Business and Marketing, Computer / Computer Science or Information Technology (IT) with knowledge on IT and / or Financial systems preferred
8 years of experience in business development and account management and working with broad spectrum of stakeholders from different vertical industries
Comfortable in relating with CFOs and CIOs from large businesses
Strong communicator to be able to bring across clarity in technical issues in small group setting or addressing a large audience
Strong aptitude for IT, technologies, B2B business exchanges and partnerships
Proactive self-starter, is analytical, self-motivated, high energy and driven yet able to work well within a team and motivate the team
Ability to multi-task, quick to adapt and able to work in fast pace work environment
Position will commensurate with experience.
