In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be responsible for managing and supporting the planning and execution of the order realization process and to ensure sales recognition with District Managers.

Forecasting

  • Drive accuracy by active maintenance of the sales forecast (Rolling Forecast, Latest View) whilst working with Country Managers and facilitate the process to incorporate book and bill
  • Sales realization

  • Realization of sales forecast together with Country Managers and Regional Directors
  • Monitor project movement via Supply Chain Management (SCM) dashboard and follow up with District Operations Managers
  • Manage risks related to sales recognition and Order Realization Process (ORP) whilst working with District Operations Managers
  • Ensure timely billing for sales recognition
  • Coordinate customer acceptance and handover with District Operations Managers
  • Customer satisfaction

  • Ensure demand of customer is met by effectively managing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Order booking and securing or swapping slots in coordination
  • Inventory management

  • Ensure delivery of equipment as per sales plans and highlighting / working with country SCM in case of differences in equipment delivery and sales recognition plan
  • Process compliance

  • Ensure the supply chain processes are executed according to the blueprint processes and quality system
  • Ensure Foresight planning on weekly basis and robustness of demand plan
  • People management

  • Coordinate with cross function teams Country SCM, Business managers, planners and order management desk
  • Project management

  • Ensure Project Management excellence in all processes
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure high level of customer intimacy and timely completion within allocated budget
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor degree level education or equivalent
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services Delivery
  • Experience with leading a cross functional team within an international matrix organization
  • Proven track record in change management
