Responsible for setting up, installing, operating, testing, and troubleshooting of audio, video and control equipment.
To perform termination of AV and Control cables.
Perform minor repairs and routine cleaning of audio and video equipment.
Diagnose and resolve media system problems in all relevant rooms. Monitor incoming and outgoing pictures and sound feeds to ensure quality, and notify supervisors of any possible problems.
Design layouts of audio and video equipment, and perform upgrades and maintenance.
Inform users of audio and visual service’s policies and procedures.
Knowledge on video conferencing systems.
Resourceful and flexible with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with co-workers and clients, often under deadline pressure.
Able to work after-office hours.
Require basic office software skills.
Self-Motivated. Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable.
