This role is a part of Global Procurement team, working as Indirect Sourcing Analyst supporting for blades factories in Vestas worldwide.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and handle supplier scorecard with suppliers within the category
  • Manage the tender process (RFIs and RFQs) within the category
  • Execute risk assessments of suppliers, using the standard risk tools
  • Support / lead key tasks within the category strategy (e.g. supplier intelligence) or category plan (e.g. target setting on KPIs)
  • Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders on missing information
  • Participate in selection, qualification, negotiation and contracting with suppliers within the category
  • Negotiations with suppliers
  • Supplier Relationship Management : Establish and develop partnerships with selected supplier to gain competitive advantages for Vestas including KPI’s
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar
  • Procurement experience from a large corporation is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken
  • Competencies :

  • Good knowledge on purchase agreements & contract negotiation
  • Excellent knowledge on identifying the regional suppliers in indirect domain
  • Good in preparing RFQ & follow up with stakeholders
  • Supports Indirect Sourcing
  • Statutory audit consultant, waste management, Civil Engineering task, Facility management equipment, MHE AMC & Spares parts sourcing, Vendors for semiskilled and skilled work force, cranes, Real estate
  • Highly proficient in identifying regional supplier’s capabilities in the indirect sourcing domain
  • Adhere to sourcing processes in accordance with global processes and standards
  • Participate and lead development of supplier agreements (e.g. NDA, purchasing agreements and price agreements)
  • Ensure that suppliers are selected based upon a total cost perspective
  • Follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders
