Description he Role Reporting to the manager, you are required to handle office management duties.
This includes booking of meeting rooms, hotels and flights bookings, taking care of pantry needs, office maintenance and repair, organizing events, renewing insurance, liaising with IT on setting up of laptops as well as any other general admin duties.
Your Profile You should have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
You should have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work with minimal supervision.
Immediate availability preferred.
