Reporting to the Country CEO, you will take the lead focusing on running the online business space to ensure maximization of profits and minimization of cost. .
In charge of the online business in terms of it's expansion and development of their online store.
Analyse the market, prioritize, develop sales strategy, identify target customers and derive actions list to meet personal and company objectives.
Liaising closely with the commercial team to develop the online business and will be focusing on planning the budgeting, forecasting and being able to have strong acumen in identifying new opportunities.
utilize strong insights in the market and to be able to spearhead and open more exciting opportunities for growth in the company
Giving constructive feedback to the management team for improvements
Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with internal parties such as business partners to optimize efficiency of business operations and new business growth.
Work closely with the marketing team to align marketing strategies and ensure all aspects including customer base growth, growth in online revenue, retention and customer life-
time value and acquisition cost.
Work closely with the category management and marketing department to plan marketing campaigns and promotions.
Liasie internally with the customer service team to enhance online shopping experience for customers.
Plan and strategize to ensure healthy pipeline and profits
Candidate Profile :
Experience in working with e-channels
Have a minimum of 5 years of commercial sales experience in FMCG
Able to define target markets, generate leads and qualify opportunities
Experienced in P&L management and have strong analytical skills
Strong profile in good strategic business acumen and operational experiences, to keenly seek to raise levels of performance by establishing an improvement process or setting specific and measurable targets to cater to the organization’s business needs
Excellent in spoken and written English to achieve effective and conclusive business negotiations, and also ability to work under pressure;
ability to speak Mandarin & Malay can be an added advantage
Good and charismatic leader and mentor to review existing team capabilities and groom future successors to maintain a healthy level of operational excellence
