Achieve / exceed bookings, sales and profitability targets set.
Provide accurate and punctual forecasting reports monthly, to support achieving the business goals.
To develop new sales channel and direct customer and manage the existing sales channel and direct customers to drive growth.
Full accountability for price management of assigned product lines. Manage the stock order and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Adhere to division discount authorization.
Develop and implement business strategy, tactical plans and growth programs in select area to drive profitable growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through implementing key account sales strategy for existing and new accounts.
Provide sales, marketing and application support to the customers in pursuit of growth and market penetration.
Participate in the training and development of sales personnel, representatives and customers. Must be able to conduct courses independently.
Provide reports and feedback on customer project schedule, competitive activities, market intelligence, including prices and products on a periodic basis.
Completes such other assignments as may be specified by the Business Director Asia Pacific.
Degree in an Engineering Discipline, Chemical Engineering or Automation Engineering is preferred. MBA is preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial testing, or aerospace, gas supply industry, or process industry.
Minimum 3 years' experience in channel management.
Knowledge of valves and fitting is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal and planning / priority management skills.
Strong business acumen.
