You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for a wide spectrum of COVID-19 manpower-related issues. This may include :
Matching of COVID-recovered workers and retrenched / displaced workers to hiring companies.
Managing queries and evaluating requests relating to movement of foreign workers living in dormitories.
Participating in the formulation of policies relating to foreign worker management, such as housing arrangements and hiring costs.
Staffing policy and secretariat duties for the National Jobs Council, to help match Singaporean jobseekers to new opportunities.
Qualities we want includes :
Strong team player.
Comfortable with both ground operations and policy making.
Quick learner, with a can-do attitude able to operate in a fluid environment, and game to tackle a potentially diverse range of duties.
Ability to manage stakeholders with different viewpoints.
