What you’ll do :

The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to organizational operations in an agile development environment.

This position will support the Customer Experience Renewals Sales organization at Cisco. We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced individual with a proven track record of understanding the needs of the business and translating those needs into strategic and operational execution.

The Analyst will work with Operations, Finance and Sales leaders organization to ensure systemic setup is meeting business needs and future business goals.

When vital, this individual will help to manage smaller initiatives / improvements.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations business partners to understand business needs and strategic direction and implement required systemic setup
  • Ensure project, process and systemic solutions meet product roadmaps
  • Manage and / or deliver operational readiness documents, business process changes / improvements documents, and user training and materials
  • Check user requirement information for accuracy and completeness
  • Building and maintaining relationships with the Sales organization
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with different levels of the business and cross-functional business partners
  • Who you’ll work with :

    You will engage regularly with Cisco WW Sales, Theater Finance, CX Regional teams, CX Renewal, CX Operations, IT and Sales Operations.

    You are a dedicated, collaborative, team member with a positive, can-do attitude to get things done. You communicate across all levels of the organization in a clear, concise manner.

    Our minimum requirements for this role :

  • 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
  • Successful track record delivering in an evolving environment
  • Experience with project management in a sales operations organization
  • Microsoft Office expertise, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • SFDC experience
