Neurones IT is looking to setup a dedicated service centre, to maintain and enhance the MDM / Talend and Middleware tasks for our client.
The team consists of L2 / L3 Support Engineers ( 6 headcounts) in charge of maintaining the system and ensure its availability and performance.
Develop and test ETL Talend jobs as per business requirements
Provide production and on-call support for Talend application.
Perform analysis and resolution for DEV / SIT / UAT / PRD application / server / system issues.
Create and update production support documents.
Acknowledge and provide resolution to open and on-going issues / tickets.
Responsible for timely escalation of ticket to appropriate level;
Works with internal business and technology staff to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, and database models
Supports innovative and optimal data solutions
Integrates TALEND / ETL development with existing codebase to maximize object reuse
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
Talend ETL developer / production support with 4+ years of Talend experience.
Experience in Talend 7.2 and 6.5 versions ( good to have)
Experience designing and delivering complex, large-volume data warehouse applications.
Experience in Talend performance testing / tuning and job orchestration.
Knowledge of GIT Source code control.
Shift Timings - Mon - Friday ( 9 am - 6 pm && 7 pm - 4 am ) and standby support once in a month
