Job purpose & overall objective
This role involves providing a full spectrum of corporate secretarial and administrative support to a portfolio comprising onshore and offshore companies registered in various jurisdictions.
Responsibilities will include statutory reporting, filing and corporate governance in addition to supporting the board of directors and acting as an authorised signatory for nominee companies.
Duties will also include guiding and coaching team members to deliver and maintain high standards of service and standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and ideally hold a relevant qualification such as SAICSA (Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English are essential. A practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required and knowledge of Microsoft Navision is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
The successful candidate will have a positive, proactive attitude, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and the competence to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
