    ITE and above or equivalent with min. 3 years of experience in similar capacity

    Good phone etiquette

    Fast paced worker with good interpersonal skills

    Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

    Proficient in English

    DUTIES :

    Perform the general administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filing, data entries

    Coordinate and prepare test, work reports and quotations.

    Maintain office document and records

    Assist in data entries of various department

    Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed

    Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned periodically
