GRADUATE IN ENGINEERING / MANUFACTURING STUDIES, with at least 5 Years of working experience in the SENIOR MANAGEMENT LEVEL, are most welcomed.
Preferably someone presentable, with good COMMUNICATION / PRESENTATION / REPORT WRITING SKILLS.

1) GENERAL MANAGER
To work with the Regional HQ Team to manage the business with China & East Asia and deliver results in line with budgets and to deliver the agreed targeted business growth.
Clear regular communication and co-ordination between business units and the Asia Regional HQ CEO. P & L responsibility for entities in China & East Asia.
Policy and strategic development within the business to ensure future growth is achieved. Net profitability target met or exceeded year on year.
Consistent implementation of Policy and Strategy across China & East Asia businesses including Group policy implementation and support of Group investments.
Best practice dissemination and sharing across the Group. Analyse, assess, troubleshoot and implement solutions where patterns or problems occur.
Coach and develop the China Management team in driving the business. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the entire group.
Effectively manage change throughout the business. Preserve the group culture in the HARDWARE MANUFACTURING SECTOR. Working in Hardware Factory / Plant environment.
Annual performance management review. Completion of Monthly Board Report. Management Accounts and KPIs. Regular updates with Asia Regional HQ CEO.
