Customer service executive

Responsibilities :

Handle all inquiries from online and serve walk in customer.

Manage all complaints - ensure timely follow up and closure of complaints

Paste label and arrange delivery

Provide all other general administrative support where and when required

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service experience vice or equivalent experience; call center experience will be a plus
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools : Including Excel
  • Must be able to work independently in a stressful and fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Customer service focus and passion for support
  • Good communication, telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Must be able to work on alternate weekends and public holidays
