This role is to handhold top sellers in Singapore / Malaysia with providing support and education to sellers to drive GMV growth.
Maintaining sellers with good selling performances and achieving pre-set GMV targets and KPIs.
Drive top seller success on eBay global trading platform : (approx 50%)
Scale up top seller activities by providing constructive business consultation and key business issue diagnosis;
Support seller business growth through timely policy / platform changes update, selling strategy consultation, and key account issues solving;
Investigate and deep dive the new policy& platform impact to top seller business, and initiate, guide and enforce seller best practices
Work collaboratively with external and internal resources, including trust & safety team, product management team, marketing team, and business development teams to meet the business targets
Provide project management experience with the ability to match the resources available according to the seller's status and needs
Improve Seller trust & safety performance : (approx 30%)
Improve seller trust & safety metrics performance through problem identify, issue diagnosis, solution providing and business implementation to grown sustainable business
Escalate aggressively the Trust & Safety consequence on top seller, and collaborate with seller to provide better buyer experience
Identify the key factors of low Trust & Safety performance based on top seller status investigation and extent the best practices to broader seller group
Provide regularly one-to-one or one-to-many platform related training to managed sellers
Providing a vital communication linkage between seller and international functions : (approx 20%)
Working closely with international and cross functional teams for business development and best practice sharing
Major in Cooperation Management, Marketing, and Business Administration is preferred
Good command of English, and read and write in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred
Computer skills, Using MS office applications, Learning Agility
Effective communication skills and self-motivated
Basic presentation skills and Basic quantitative skills (including database analysis)
Provide project management experience is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
At least 5 years working experience at sales or account management role.
