Overall Responsibilities

This position reports to the Deputy Head, Group Human Resource. The applicant will interact with Business Unit Heads and operations managers and staff.

He / She will assist in payroll processing and checking, recruitment administration, performance appraisal exercise and to work closely with business to attend to employees’ needs and queries related to human resources matters.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Help out in payroll administration.

2. Employee recruitment and selection processes.

3. Attend to queries and clarification from employees pertaining to employment legislation, practices and laws.

4. Help in performance appraisal administration.

5. Help out in recruitment and selection.

Job Requirements

1. Fresh Diploma holders, preferably major in HRM

2. Willing to learn and multi-tasking mind-set

3. Candidate will have the opportunity for on-the-job training on the following :

  • payroll processes and practices.
  • recruitment and selection processes
  • Employment Act and Laws
  • HRIS (e-payroll, e-leave, e-timesheet systems)
  • 4. Competent in Excel, Powerpoint

    5. Good interpersonal skills
